Return policy

What is the Viset Mat return policy?

If, within 5 days of receiving your item(s), you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any Viset Mat unit for a full refund of merchandise value.

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, with exception. Viset SRL will pay the return costs if:

(a) if the products are faulty or misdescribed;

(b) if the customer ends the contract because we have informed him of an upcoming change in the usability of the product.

 

Viset Mat Warranty Information

We provide a limited warranty for a period of 12 months from delivery, the Products will be free from material defects and will conform in all material respects to their Product Description as described on the Viset Lab website.

 

OUR LIABILITY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.

 

Replacement: Once your request to return the product under warranty is qualified and outside the 5-day return period, Viset SRL will provide you with instructions to facilitate the return of the unit. Upon receipt of the unit and inspection at our returns center, Viset SRL will send a replacement at no cost to you.  Incomplete or missing returns may void the warranty process.

 

What is a qualified substitution request?

Any unit that does not perform to product specifications per the Viset Mat User Guide.

 

How do I return my Viset Mat unit?

Contact our customer service team at info@vibroacustica.com.ar to obtain a return merchandise authorization number and return instructions.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Refunds will be made within 7-10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned merchandise. Depending on your credit card company, the refund may take longer to post to your account.

 

Viset SRL may, at its sole discretion, reject or cancel any order and limit its quantity. Viset SRL may also require additional information before accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order, we will provide you with an order confirmation by email. However, receipt of an order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we have received your order.  Viset SRL reserves the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept or reject it for any reason. If  Viset SRL cancels an order after it has been invoiced,  Viset SRL will refund the amount invoiced.

Since the actual delivery of your order may be affected by many events beyond the control of  Viset SRL once it leaves our premises, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays. However, we will work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

 

Since  Viset SRL is in charge of shipping the products that you buy on the website, the risk of loss or damage of the products will pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquire physical possession of the products. Title to the products will pass to you when the carrier picks them up at our warehouse. At that time, you will receive the shipping notification email. If there is any problem with the delivery, please contact our customer service team at info@vibroacustica.com.ar to resolve it.

 

In response to COVID-19, our delivery partners are offering contactless delivery in your area. Drivers can ask for verbal confirmation of receipt from a safe distance to satisfy the signature requirement, or they can drop off shipments at your door without a signature.

Viset SRL sells and ships products only to end customers, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect that you are purchasing products for resale.


 

Product availability and limitations

Due to the popularity and/or supply limitations of some of the Viset Mat units, Viset SRL may have to limit the number of products available for purchase.  bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ Viset SRL reserves the right to change the quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. In addition, there may be times when  Viset SRL confirms your order, but later learns that it cannot supply the requested product. In the event that we are unable to supply a product you have ordered,   Viset SRL will cancel the order and refund the purchase price in full.
